Cuban Salsa Program
For those who want to kick their Cuban Salsa dancing
MONDAYS

Get ready for 12 weeks of non-stop Cuban salsa madness every Monday from 7:00 pm to 9.00 pm. Yep, that's 2 hours of pure dance bliss!

Here’s what we’ve got lined up:
​
- *7:00 - 8:00 PM:* We’ll start by diving deep into traditional Son partner work, Afro-Cuban body movement, and intricate Cuban salsa footwork. You’ll learn how and when to incorporate these moves into your social dancing to really spice things up.
- *8:00 - 9:00 PM:* Next, we’ll focus on mastering slick Cuban salsa combos in Rueda, making your dancing more fun and fluid. Plus, we’ll cover Cuban salsa musicality, so you’ll know exactly when and where each step fits best.
Plus, the moves you master throughout the course will be used to create an exciting performance choreography!
This program is specially tailored for intermediate to advanced dancers, so don’t miss out.
Salsa LA Program
(SALSA ELITE PROGRAM)
TUESDAY
From 03.09.2024 - 19.11.2024
SALSA LA is a 12 week program and will be run every Tuesday from 8pm - 9pm. 1 hour of classes, 1 hour each class.
Body Movement. This class will cover specific movements that students will learn to execute such as body isolations, body rolls, cyclones, shoulder rolls, hip rolls, bounces, hip rocks etc.
Concepts and Musicality. Concepts such as Afro Cuban, Pachanga, fast footwork, Turns and piruettes will be covered in this hour. You will then learn how to use these specific moves in a section of a song and understand where to best apply these in a musical sense.
Intermediate Partnerwork and Musicality.
Intricate and Advanced Turn Patterns to take your dancing to a high level. You'll also learn light and shade when it comes to dancing, as well as how to dance musically when dancing with a partner.
This program will cover key concepts such as:
Body Movement, Dance Technique, Musicality and Interpretation, Advanced Partnerwork, Shines
Turns/Spins/Piruettes technique and more.
